In these sessions, I guide you into a state of deep conscious relaxation. You lie down, close your eyes, and let go—while I take you on an inner journey through awareness, stillness, and subtle healing.

What Is Yoga Nidra

Not Sleep. Not Meditation. Something in Between.

Yoga Nidra means "yogic sleep"—but you're not actually sleeping.
You’re resting in a space between wakefulness and dream, where the body is completely relaxed, and the mind is deeply quiet.

In this space, healing happens naturally. The nervous system resets. Emotional layers begin to soften. Old stress patterns gently dissolve. And insights often arise without trying.

It’s not about controlling the mind—it’s about letting go of control, and simply being.

What Happens in a Session

You Lie Down. I Guide. Your Body and Soul Do the Rest.

We begin with a short check-in. Then, you settle into a comfortable lying-down position.

I gently guide you through body awareness, breath sensing, and a journey inward—where each part of you is invited to rest and release.
All you have to do is listen, feel, and receive.

Even if the mind drifts or emotions arise, that’s okay. Every experience is valid.
Your being knows how to heal when given the space.

Hi, everyone. This is Mark. I went for the Marma therapy first, which was followed by the Sound Healing Therapy. And, to my experience, it was really, really great. It really helped cleanse my chakras and a lot of negative energy that I had stored and I was carrying for years eventually came out.
