Panchakosha: The Fivefold Journey Within
This framework is the heart of everything I do—it helps us gently explore all layers of ourselves. We begin with the Panchakosha framework—the five layers of human existence. This forms the foundation of all my work. In these sessions, you’ll journey from the gross to the subtle:
Annamaya Kosha – through mindful movement, ahara (diet awareness), and detox practices, we nourish and reset the physical body. We also explore grounding rituals, rest rhythms, and seasonal alignment for physical well-being.
Pranamaya Kosha – we work with the breath, subtle energy practices, and pranic flow using techniques like pranayama and nadi shodhana. Additional tools include breath-based movement, energy seals (bandhas), and breath-led kriyas.
Manomaya Kosha – emotional release tools, guided meditation, and sound work help calm the mind. We include journaling prompts, emotional mapping, and bija mantra chanting for mental clarity.
Anandamaya Kosha – practices like silence (mauna), mantra, and deep relaxation guide us into the blissful self. Yoga Nidra, visualizations, and bliss-body meditation are also woven into the journey.
Santulan: Chakra Activation for Prana Flow
Reignite your life-force energy through deep chakra cleansing and realignment. These sessions guide you toward balance, vitality, and clarity:
