The workshops and retreats I offer are built around the same practices I use in my one-to-one work - drawn from 15 years of ashram training and adapted for people navigating real, modern challenges.

Panchakosha: The Fivefold Journey Within
Everything I offer - whether a single session, a workshop or a multi-day retreat - is rooted in the same framework.
The Panchakosha is an ancient map of the human being that recognises we are not just a body or a mind, but five interconnected layers of existence. Lasting change only happens when we work with all of them.
Annamaya Kosha - The Physical Body Through mindful movement, diet awareness and detox practices, we nourish and reset the body. Grounding rituals, rest rhythms and seasonal alignment form the foundation of physical wellbeing.
Pranamaya Kosha - The Energy Body Working with breath, subtle energy practices and pranic flow through pranayama, nadi shodhana, bandhas and breath-led kriyas, we restore vitality at the level where it actually lives.
Manomaya Kosha - The Mental Body Emotional release tools, guided meditation, sound work, journaling and bija mantra chanting calm the constant noise of the mind and create the clarity that thinking alone rarely produces.
Vijnanamaya Kosha - The Wisdom Body This is the layer of discernment, the part of us that knows the difference between what we've been conditioned to believe and what is actually true. Through self-inquiry, contemplative practices and deep reflection, we begin to access an intelligence that goes beyond thought.
Anandamaya Kosha - The Bliss Body Silence, mantra, Yoga Nidra, visualisations and deep relaxation practices guide us toward the most essential layer of who we are — not as something to be achieved, but as something to be uncovered.

Santulan: Chakra Activation for Prana Flow
When energy stagnates, everything feels heavier - decisions become harder, the body tires more easily and a general sense of being blocked settles in. Santulan works directly with the body's energy centres, using breath, movement, sound and intention to reactivate flow and restore the aliveness that stress and overload tend to slowly drain away.
Energetic breath and movement practices activate and align each chakra.
Sound healing with seed mantras enhances resonance and flow.
Colour and element meditations awaken awareness and intuitive insight.
Intention mapping links each energy center with life purpose and clarity.
Samyama: Mastery of Heart & Mind
Grief, anxiety, emotional pain and trauma don't resolve through willpower or understanding alone. Samyama creates a genuinely safe container for what's been held for too long, gently, without force, at exactly the pace each person needs. This is some of the most delicate and profound work I offer, and it consistently reaches places that years of talking haven't been able to touch.

The patterns we carry in relationships rarely start with the relationship we're in now.
