Sometimes, emotions get stuck. Old pain, unresolved memories, buried fears—we carry them in our bodies long after the moment has passed. Even when we tell ourselves to move on, the body remembers. The nervous system holds on. That’s where EFT—Emotional Freedom Technique—can help.

EFT is a beautiful, science-backed healing practice where we gently tap on specific energy points on the body while voicing what's really going on inside. It might sound simple, but it’s incredibly powerful. And in my experience, it opens doors to deep emotional release and peace.

This practice meets you exactly where you are—with gentleness, honesty, and care. It doesn’t rush you or ask you to be anyone but yourself. Instead, it helps you unravel what’s been weighing on your heart and holding you back, one breath at a time.

In these sessions, I create a safe, tender space where you can slow down and tune in. Together, we’ll tap through whatever feels heavy—whether it’s anxiety, fear, past hurt, limiting beliefs, or just a deep sense of being stuck. You don’t have to carry it alone. You don’t have to hold it in anymore. With each tap, we begin to loosen what’s been held too tightly for too long.

What Is EFT and Why Does It Work

Because Emotions Live in the Body, Not Just the Mind. EFT combines the wisdom of ancient Chinese acupressure with modern psychology.

As we gently tap on meridian points—like the forehead, chest, and collarbone—we’re sending calming signals to the nervous system while also speaking truth to what’s inside.

This dual action helps us:

Lower the intensity of strong emotions.

Shift old beliefs or inner narratives.

Create safety in the body to feel and release.

Make peace with parts of ourselves we’ve been avoiding.

What I love most about EFT is how real it allows us to be. You don’t have to pretend to be okay. You don’t have to spiritualize your pain or wrap it up in neat explanations. You just get to be—messy, honest, hurting, human. And somehow, in that space of raw truth, the energy begins to move. You begin to breathe easier. Something softens. Something let goes.

When to Try EFT

When Emotions Feel Bigger Than You Can Handle

You don’t have to wait until things get really bad. EFT can meet you at any stage of your emotional journey.

It’s especially helpful if you’re experiencing:

Anxiety, panic, or emotional overwhelm

Grief, sadness, or heartbreak

Self-doubt, shame, or inner criticism

Old traumas or painful memories resurfacing

Feeling emotionally “stuck” or numb

Repeating the same patterns, even though you’re self-aware

Sometimes we know what the trigger is. Sometimes it’s just an ache we can’t name.
Either way, EFT helps you gently reconnect with yourself and your emotions in a way that feels safe, empowering, and healing.

What Happens in a Session

A Gentle Dialogue Between You, Me, and the Body

We begin by checking in—what’s present in your heart, right now?
There’s no need to prepare anything in advance. No need to know what to say. Just show up, as you are.

From there, I guide you through the tapping process. We’ll follow your feelings, your sensations, your stories—wherever your body wants to take us. It’s an intuitive unfolding, not a formula.

Some sessions are quiet and deep. Some are emotional. Some feel like a soft exhale after years of holding it all in.

There’s no “doing it right.”
There’s just a sacred space where you’re allowed to feel, release, and return to yourself.

I know there are a lot of practitioners out there. And truthfully, I don’t believe healing is about finding someone with all the answers—it’s about finding someone who can sit with you in the not-knowing. Someone who can hold space for your truth, without rushing you to feel better or be “fixed.”
