I combine ancient healing practices with a deep understanding of how the nervous system, body and mind interact. Sessions draw on guided meditation, sound healing, hypnosis, somatic work, energy healing and breathwork — adapted to what each person actually needs. My approach is intuitive and personal.

No. I'm not a licensed therapist and this isn't psychotherapy. This work addresses the somatic and energetic layers that talking alone doesn't always reach. If you're in crisis, please seek appropriate professional support.

Most people who find their way here have already done therapy, coaching, mindfulness apps and self-help. This work goes deeper, into the nervous system and body, which is where stress, grief and trauma are actually stored. That's the layer most conventional approaches don't reach.
