I've delivered wellness programs for international companies, and what I've learned is that the most effective work doesn't happen in a one-off session ticked off the annual calendar. It happens when people are given practical tools to regulate their nervous system, manage stress at its source and show up with more clarity and less reactivity - consistently, over time.
 
I know this environment because I've lived it. Before dedicating myself fully to this work, I studied tourism and spent years inside corporate structures navigating the same pressures, expectations and relentless pace that many of the people I now work with are trying to find their way through. That experience didn't just inform my understanding of workplace stress; it deepened my commitment to addressing it at its root, not just its surface.

Guided Meditations
