I’m here to remind the team that wellbeing doesn’t have to be boring, stiff, or something that gets “ticked off” once a quarter.

Having spent significant time in the tourism industry, I’ve seen the toll that high-pressure environments can take on individuals. Constant pushing to meet targets, managing tight schedules, handling customer expectations, and dealing with the fast-paced nature of the industry. I understand firsthand how this level of stress can affect both mental and physical wellbeing, leading to burnout, anxiety, and a sense of disconnection.

That’s why I combine my skills and knowledge with practices that address stress at a core level. I believe that when we allow ourselves to enter a deeply relaxed state, we activate our body’s natural healing response, which can significantly improve both physical and mental health.

 I offer carefully curated wellbeing programs that help organizations create healthier, more conscious work environments—where individuals feel seen, supported, and inspired.

Corporate Program By Kajal

Stretch at Your Desk (Desktop Yoga)

Gentle, guided movement you can do right at your desk. No change of clothes, no yoga mat. We release neck and shoulder tension, unwind the spine, and reset posture—all while staying seated.

Hi, everyone. This is Mark. I went for the Marma therapy first, which was followed by the Sound Healing Therapy. And, to my experience, it was really, really great. It really helped cleanse my chakras and a lot of negative energy that I had stored and I was carrying for years eventually came out.
